At Lois Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your denim doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Lois Jeans tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
